Dr Haji Abd Razak Bin Haji Minhat C.A (M) was a manager in CMGS unit in Telekom Malaysia Melaka branch. He started his career in Telekom in 1982 as a technician in ITK unit southern branch. After almost 7 years working as a technician, he pursued his study in UITM in the field of accountancy and was later promoted as an assistant accountant. Then, he undertook advance diploma in the same line and was hence promoted as assistant manager in 1996. In 2007, he obtained Master in Business Administration from UUM.

While working with Telekom Malaysia, he acquired vast experiences. He was responsible for the company business planning, built Management Information System (MIS), Executive Information System (EIS) and Decision Support System (DSS). He was even in charged of financial analysis for business planning when serving the Corporate Strategy unit. During his tenure at Telekom Malaysia, Dr Haji Abd Razak was sent for training locally and abroad. Among the trainings attended by him are HRD Program for Telekom Manager in Bali Indonesia (1995), Asia Pacific Economic Corporation (APEC) in Singapore (1996), Seminar on Interconnect Issues by Marshad & Hamdan Iran (1996), Members of Business Due Diligence in Somalia, Indonesia and Turkey (all three in 1997).

As a managing director of ARM & Associates, Dr. Haji Abd Razak has unique capabilities. He is a dynamic person and has versatile personality. He is also very analytical, has excellence interpersonal skills and master in business planning strategy and business operation. Most of the skills was acquired when serving Telekom Malaysia. Having been with Telekom Malaysia for about 25 years, Dr. Haji Abd Razak is more than capable to steer the SMIs to more respected statuses.

ARM & Associates actively started operation on 16 January 2007 to provide professional services in financial management, accountancy. ARM & Associates creates awareness on the importance of correct accountancy and financial management among the bumiputera SMIs. ARM & Associates even provides consultancy to individual and small traders in managing their business with very reasonable fees. ARM & Associates purpose is to help especially the bumiputera SMIs who most of them do not have clear guidance in managing their businesses. ARM & Associates recognizes that most SMIs have specific needs beyond accounting and tax assistance, ARM & Associates functions as a business advisor to help them realize their aspirations and upgrade their economic standard.
